"Showed up fast, no nonsense"
I don’t usually put much stock in all the polished company promises about shipping, but this one was actually straightforward. My order showed up quick, everything was packed well, and the tracking stayed accurate the whole way. No drama, no weird delays.

"Accurate gauges and better than most I’ve used"
I installed these Dakota Digital gauges a few weeks back, and they’ve been working really well so far. Compared to some other gauges I’ve seen in friends’ cars and a few cheaper setups I’ve used before, these feel a lot more accurate and responsive. The speed and temp readings line up really close with my old setup, and everything reacts quickly while I’m driving. The install took me a little longer than I expected, mainly because of the wiring, but it wasn’t anything too bad. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because the instructions could definitely be a little clearer.

"Order was correct and packed up nice"
I ordered a gauge setup from dakotadigital.com and it came just how I picked it out. No missing pieces no wrong colors and nothing odd in the box.
The packaging was really solid too. There was plenty of padding and nothing was sliding around inside which I was glad to see.
Overall it was a easy order. I got exactly what I needed and it showed up in good shape so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Compatibility info led me wrong"
I ordered this because the listing said it should fit my truck, but it definitely didn’t line up the way it was supposed to. I blame the seller for not being clearer with the fitment details, because I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it needed this much messing around. I spent more time trying to make it work than I expected, and even after all that, it still isn’t quite right. Maybe it fits certain models better, but for mine it was frustrating.

"Took a while to hear back"
I reached out to support and it took quite a bit longer than I expected to get a reply. Maybe I was just expecting too much, but when they did finally respond, it didn’t really feel like they helped much. I’m not sure if I explained the issue poorly or what, but I still felt kind of stuck afterward.

"Nice gauges, quick support"
I ordered a VHX kit for my old Chevy and it showed up packed really well. The instructions were easier to follow than I expected, and the wiring labels definitely made the whole job feel a lot less intimidating.
I did run into a small question with the sender setup, but support got back to me fast and helped me sort it out. Everything works great now and the dash looks super clean. Has anyone else had a little confusion with the sender setup, or was that just me?

"Really good at first, but kind of mixed later on"
I bought this from dakotadigital.com a while back, for quite a long time it worked well. Like, I didn’t really have any complaints at first. After a few years, though, I started noticing these little reliability issues here and there. Nothing completely terrible or anything, but just, you know, annoying enough to notice. I did reach out to support, and they were okay, I guess, just not exactly quick. Overall, I’d say it’s decent stuff, but yeah, I kind of expected it to hold up a little better over time.

"Worth it for the money I spent"
I was mostly just happy that I didn’t have to spend more than I wanted to. For what I paid, it felt like a good deal and saved me some cash, which is really what mattered most to me.
